Our belief in hard work, excellent customer service and superior workmanship lives within all of us – leadership as well as team members. In fact, our investment in our employees and in doing things the right way is what has helped us quadruple in size over the last five years. President Adrian Maxwell says, “While our leadership isimportant, the cornerstone of AMAXX‘s success is its workforce,” most of whom have been with the company for 10 years or more. VP Patrick Kehoe adds, “We run the company like a family because we truly believe everyone’s family here. Without our team, we wouldn’t be where we are today.”
ADRIAN MAXWELL
President
Adrian is the president of AMAXX with over 30 years of experience in excavation and site development, working with many of the area’s largest GC and civil engineering firms. Specializing in cost estimation and project scheduling.Adrian is responsible for presenting scopes to the client and material and equipment requirements to all the crewmen.
Adrian graduated cum laude from SUNY Canton’s construction engineering associates program in 1998. After graduating, Adrian returned home and continued to work as a mechanic and operator at AMAXX until working his way up through the company and purchasing it in 2003.
Since 2003, Adrian and Patrick have grown AMAXX into one of the area’s most well respected and technologically advanced site development contractors.
